Faith ?

After a one and half hour of doing Yoga and Aerobics , and a complete nutritional breakfast of proteins and carbs,as a daily routine I picked up the newspaper to my not so pretty garden and started flipping the pages, looking for the one heading which would catch my eye. And there, something that I thought needed the  attention was a miniature article of hardly 20 sentences may be, which read about 'Religion'.It was worth reading,  it lingered on my mind for quite long, that it actually inspired me to pen down my sentiments.
I strongly believe that a subject on religion should be introduced in schools right from elementary level till they finish their schooling.(Since, a child learns quicker than an adult)
Having been reading Vedic literature(which formed the basis of Hinduism, which is  the oldest religion ) for a week or so, I firmly assent to having introduced religion as an important part of their curriculum at schools.Reasons being with having religion studied at schools, the fundamentals about religion will be much clear. Mutual respect will gradually evolve. Hence teaching the real meaning and value behind every religion will naturally build up trust, tolerance and a way beyond understanding among people of different religion. As of now, people have limited knowledge on any religion, be it one's own. They are not willing to accept other religion as important as their own. And as a consequence mutual -respect doesn't exist. For few ,being religious is only being loyal & righteous to one's own.

Tolerance, respect and understanding are the key words. And knowing"it" will absolutely have a positive effect on the society. If not right away, definitely in the long run.
